Couple of Bugs preventing file backup

EE v2.10.1

BackupPro(ish) 1.2.1


PHP Version 5.6.12


SQLi database driver


Centos 6 - 64bit

When saving DB backup from control panel it saves alright but i get some PHP warning errors.

When saving files from control panel I get flash error of Couldn't Create File Backup


When I log into phpMyAdmin I get these warnings
