For support issues that require personal intervention and/or occur outside of the included support window, a separate Support Ticket will have to be purchased. Here are the steps to follow for a smooth process:
- First things first; purchase a Support Ticket from mithra62.com
- Create a Support Host under your mithra62.com account to contain access details to the site in question
- Within 24 hours of receipt of payment someone will reach out for details (if non exist)
Be aware that a Paid Support Ticket should only really happen once a traditional Support Request has been submitted and a need for payment established.
