For support issues that require personal intervention and/or occur outside of the included support window, a separate Support Ticket will have to be purchased. Here are the steps to follow for a smooth process:

  1. First things first; purchase a Support Ticket from mithra62.com
  2. Create a Support Host under your mithra62.com account to contain access details to the site in question
  3. Within 24 hours of receipt of payment someone will reach out for details (if non exist)

Be aware that a Paid Support Ticket should only really happen once a traditional Support Request has been submitted and a need for payment established.
